What it actually is
A 101-hectare park anchored by the Supertree Grove — 18 vertical gardens up to 50 metres tall — plus two climate-controlled conservatory domes. It's free to walk the outdoor gardens; the domes and the Skyway between the Supertrees are ticketed separately.
The conservatory domes
The Flower Dome holds a rotating seasonal display across several climate zones; the Cloud Forest centres on a 35-metre indoor waterfall inside a mist-covered mountain. Both are worth the separate ticket, and the Cloud Forest is the better of the two if you only have time for one.
The Supertree light show
Garden Rhapsody runs nightly, free, viewable from the ground beneath the Supertree Grove — no ticket required, and worth timing dinner around.
When to go
Outdoor gardens are more comfortable early morning or after 4pm once the heat breaks; the domes are air-conditioned so timing matters less there. Book dome tickets ahead in peak season to skip the queue.
